.أعد رسالة الدكتوراه فى المستشفى الملكى لجامعة جلاسجو بالمملكة المتحدة (1984-1986)وكان موضوعها دراسة أمراض صمامات القلب والشرايين التاجية بالموجات الصوتية وقسطرة القلب
أشرف على الكثير من رسائل الماجستير والدكتوراه بقسم القلب بكلية طب الازهر
له العديد من الابحاث العلمية المنشورة فى الدوريات الدولية والتى تتناول أمراض الفلب المختلفة
شارك فى العديد من المؤتمرات العملية داخل البلاد وخارجها والتى ناقشت أمراض القلب المختلفة
